In plain language: LuxConiq measures the light around you to help protect your family's vision. We store health measurements you generate. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. You can delete everything at any time.

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore) on servers in the Asia South (Mumbai) region. PDF reports are stored in Amazon S3 (ap-south-1, Mumbai). Both services use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS in transit.
Access to your data is restricted to your account only. Family member data is accessible only to the account holder who created that profile.

LuxConiq is designed for use by adults (18+) on behalf of their families. The account holder is always an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If you are a parent adding a child profile, you are consenting on their behalf and are responsible for that data.

LuxConiq requests location permission only to identify the nearest AQI monitoring station. We use your approximate location (city level) — we do not track or store precise GPS coordinates. Location access can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account via Settings → Delete Account, all personal data including measurements, family profiles, and PDF reports is permanently deleted within 30 days.
We may update this policy when we add new features. We will notify you via in-app notification of any material changes. Continued use of LuxConiq after notification means you accept the updated policy.
